Every bubble balloon is completely hand-painted — inside and out. Sizes range from 24" to 36", standing 5 to 6 feet tall on their base. Can be helium-inflated or displayed as a column for a longer-lasting arrangement. All designs are fully customizable: colors, characters, details, and personal messages.
